Who is IPU Dr. Nagel & Partner?

IPU Dr. Nagel & Partner is a recognised service provider of analysis, advice, training and coaching. As one of the first East Germany's consulting and training companies, it was formed in 1992 as a combination of business psychologists from Saxony and Thuringia. IPU Dr. Nagel & Partner concerns itself with smooth business processes in companies and helps motivated and competent employee to develop, and seeks to increase the quality of relationships at all levels within a company.

IIPU also helps to modernise processes as well as company structures and suggests the way of changing behavioural patterns.

Together with its clients, IPU's experts develop an intervention design for change processes and organise its implementation, e.g., with intercompany workshops and events. With instruments from its "psy.Risk®" toolbox, IPU analyses and assesses such phenomena as the quality of internal processes, employee satisfaction, stresses and strains at the "workface", absenteeism, health risks and existing health resources. Customized staff training and leadership coaching follow.

IPU Dr. Nagel & Partner sends or finds company consultants and cooperation partners from all over the world. It is able to do this through its many years of membership of the executive board of the International Organization Development Association IODA, which has a network of consultants in over 45 countries. In 2007 and 2010 Dr. Nagel was elected as President of IODA.
